edica tion The 1984 Reflections Annual is dedicated to C. E. Blake, lr., the Industrial Electricity Instructor. Mr. Blake has been with the GTVTC since 1969 and has done an outstanding job placing students in the job market. Mr. Blake is married to Mary Blake, a former high school business and English teacher, and he is the father of two children: Randy Blake 37, and Deborah Pullen 31. The Blakes are residents of Ackerman, MS., where they have lived for the most part of 35 years. Mr. Blake received his BS Degree in Industrial Education from Mississippi State University in 1983 at the age of 59. Mr. Blake 's hobbies include gardening, working around the house, and building a retirement home in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. Thank you Mr. Blake, for your years of service. Your dedication to GTVTC and its students is greatly appreciated by everyone.
