Coach Lou Venditti in his last year as head coach had two fine veterans returning: Jim Bise ond Larry McCullough, in their third year they provided good grapling and morale. Glen Mays, John Goodballet, and John Goempel were the remaining lettermen. Seniors Bruce Reynolds and Don Sei- bert come on to assist the team, The season of stiff com- petition concluded with 6 wins and 5 losses. Jim Bise quali- fied for the State finals com- petition.

sv Ron Jarvis l6l and a Toronto Red Knight struggle in a Reserve tilt. Jeff Hayes and Ed Six C457 stand by, The East Liverpool Reserve Team, coached by Mr. Frank Chan, recorded a fairly even season. Juniors Tom Clark and Mike Geon assisted the all-soph- omore squad with remarkable play. Gary Steffen, a sophomore standout, Ed Six, and Curt Rice were also members of the Varsity team. High scorer Mike Geon saw varsity action throughout the season. The Reserves closed out with 6 wins and ll losses, while the Varsity finished with 6 wins and I2 losses.
