Mr. George Hargraves, Principal of East Liverpool High, is always ready to give friendly advice and encouragement to students. Mr. Har- graves attended Ohio State lvniversitv. where he received his B. Sc. and M. A. degrees. He feels right at home here because not so very long ago he was graduated from ELHS. Mrs. Ruth Connor. Dean of Girls. is kept busy helping those who want advice or need guidance. She attended Xlus- kingum and Geneva College. the lvniversity of Pittsburgh. and Northwestern.
