The cross-country team consists of nine de- termined, energetic young men. It was a re- building year since there were only two returners from last yearg neverthe- less, they made a strong showing, finishing third in a tough new confer- ence. Coach juelfs, his first year with the team, was responsible for the teams success. They had twn meets this year and ran competitively in all of them. All of the runners worked and trained dili- gently throughout the year The sectionals were held at Freedom High School, where we finished twelfth out of twenty- four teams.
