On February 8 from eight o'clock until midnight, the Student Council hosted a Valentines Dance at Westport Country Club. The affair was catered by Country Charms. DJ. Tracy McMurry supplied the tunes and Easts students supplied the party. Senior Danny Kriss said, Since I 've been in high school, its the best dance we've ever hadwsecond to the prom. Both students and teachers will remember the Valen- tines Dance as a sophisticated, fun-filled event that should be continued in the future.

Almost all students are involved in one club or an- ' y othen and all students are affected by clubs. The clubs here y keep the action going. Without club partici- pation a major part of education would be ignored.
