East in all her beauty Becoming a sophomore at any high school is a drastic change from being a freshman at a junior high. The sophomores here at East are no exception. There are more responsibilities and privileges that come along with this change. One of these privileges is nominating and voting for three young ladies to represent their class on the Homecom- ing Court. This year 's sophomore nominees are Heidi Hoyle, Lisa Pietsch, and Mitiz Sherrill. These girls are not eligible for the crowng that honor goes to a senior But the pagentry and the excitement are just as real for the sophomore girls as for the upperclassmen.
