IM Girls start season with new coach The I.Vf Girls'season turned out to be tougher than was expected. Under first year coach Randall Ewing, the girls played very well. Although the wins were not always there, the determination was. All the girls worked hard together and always managed to show enthusiasm and good sportsmanship. The 1985-86 IM Basketball season turned out to be a big success. Despite their 7-11 seasonal record, they finished second in the conference with an impressive 6-4 standing, ending the year on a good note with a win over county rival and conference champions, Lincolnton. Coach Bazzle says, I would like to compliment the players on their desire and determination in turning a po- tentially disastrous season into a highly success- ful one. Attitude and heart are what all athletes are made of. Keep that in mind and future cham- pionships can be yours. Thanks once again for making East Lincoln I.V Basketball a big suc- cess.
