, Betty Spivey has played varsit y basketball four years, having been chosen Captain her sophomore and senior years and Co-Captain her junior year. She made the All Tournament Team in the ninth, tenth, and twelfth grades and was selected the Most Valuable Forward her freshman, sophomore and junior years. She was also chosen the Most Out- standing Player in the B. J. W. Christmas Tourna- ment. Betty has received trophies all four years. Emily Flanders has played varsity basketball four years. She was chosen as Captain her senior year. In her junior year she made the All Tourna- ment Team and received a trophy for the Most Valuable Guard. Emily brings down most of the rebounds for the team. She is a consistent and aggressive defen- sive player. ■

Gail Snow has played varsity basketball four years. She played first string guard her second, third and fourth years, Gail is fast and can bring down her share of the re- bounds for the team. She handles and dribbles the ball wcU. She is also one of our best guards and an important player on the team. Wynona Wicker has played varsity basketball four years. She played first string forward her second and third year then switched in her senior year and has made an outstanding guard. Wynona is one of our fastest and most alert players and al- so has played an important part on our team.
