Eddie Watson East Laurens Star Student Coach Charles V. Frazier Named Star Teacher Eddie Watson was named Star Student at East Laurens in january 1966 when school au- thorities learned that he was high scorer in the current Col- lege Board Examinations, after he had previously met all aca- demic and scholastic require- ments. Coach Charles V. Frazier was named by Eddie as the Star Teacher who would share hon- ors with him. Having been a student in three classes -- Georgia History, Civics, Amer ican Government- -taught by Coach Frazier, Eddie chose the coach as the teacher who had inspired and helped him along his educational journey Star Student, Eddie Watson Star Teacher, Coach Charles V.
