onors Choir s Snecial Honors choir is a group of specially selected people with a gift for singing and performing in front of a live audience. These people dedicated lots of time and effort in preparation for these concerts. The time spent was well worth it when, at the end of the year, they produced a tape along with the Varsity Voices and Girls Glee. This year was very entertaining. The choir ended the year with a performance at the Calder during Festival '83 and Vocal Festival in Kalamazoo. tAl 1982-83 Honors choir. tBl Showing off their talents at Montage VII. They have participated in many concerts and pro- grams, such as Pops Concert, Christmas Concert, and State Festival. The group did an excellent job at the District Festival, rating onesg and they were the only group from Kentwood that was able to compete in the State Festival. Getting up for com- petition wasn't easy, but it was all worth it when they rated top third in the state.
