Throwing aside discour- agements and meager accomodations, the work has not suf- fered or weakened. Indeed it has increasedg for new departments have been organized and an abounding interest has made them successful. Class spirit and Literary spirit have united more closely the Student Bodyg thus, when many concentrate them- selves to success, they will have results. The searching analysis which is required to determine the extent to which educational prescriptions are fitting young people for life is a task far beyond the powers of those who are so noisy in their advocacy. ' Patrons! we need your support just as we need the co-operation of the Board of Directors if we are to maintain our first class standing among the Schools of the State.
