Scholarship Dr. L. H. Harris, professor of history at lowa State Teachers College, speaks to the Olympiad Club initiates at an auditorium tor their recognition. Olympiad Club is an honor society which gives special recognition to the students who have a high scholastic standing. To be eligible for Olympiad Club membership, a student must attend East High at least one semester and maintain a B average. The Olympiad Club officers are: Raieane Donaldson, presi- dent, John Quail, vice-president, Sharon Baker, secretary, Charlene Walton, treasurer. Mr. Garlock presents a message to the new Olympiad Club members at the initiation ceremony. The old and new Olympiad members enjoy a banquet in their honor.
