Keeping the eyes on the copy and curving the fin- gers correctly are just two of the important factors necessary for accuracy and speed in typing. o The conditioning practice prepares typing stu- dents for the exercises that help them improve their typing ability.

Books Lure Learners ,fwfr Librarian Elaine Foster helps Sandra Grove become aware of the Library Week slogan, Wake Up and Read! The Library Council, composed of representa- tives trom thirty-three homerooms, meets once a month on Wednesday morning. The council correlates student interest in the library and proper use of its facilities. Harry Wong and LIBRARY COUNCIL Ralph Maass, co-chairmen, Jim Brooks, secre- tary, and Miss Lillian Enlow, advisor of Library Science and Library Council, aid in the selec- tion ot books, and make the library a pleasant and profitable place to spend one's time.
