XYe had lirst come out of junior high and had lween given the name Freshmen. But tht new name brought with it nothing lmut the opportunity to choose our own subjects anc the school events. l to participate in XYe waited. Now we decided that we could help luring honors to our school. Football, lmasketlmall, and all the other scholastic and athletic activities were heneiited hy our contributions. Now we were gaining prestige. XXX- had a place in all the activities of the school. Thus our sophomora and junior years were passed. Finally, We were classed as Seniors. In our midst were the stars and champs of East High. ln this last year all our dreams were realized. Finally the day came when we. the Class of lfelrruary, ISHS, tool, our places on the platform for the climax of our school career-Commencement.
