Never is he too busy to listen to our ideas, his oHice often being the scene of animated discussions, subjects ranging from the welfare of the Senior Class to the latest aspects of the New Deal. Stern, perhaps, at times and often strict, yet we remember him as a real friend and a wise counselor. Always open to new ideas, he listens with interest to any problem presented to him, never failing to go direct to the heart of the matter, with workable suggestions for remedying any defect he may detect.
