Rhonda Traviss reigns over Homecoming The Eternal Flame of the Scar let Victory was the theme of the 72 Homecoming The activities included the traditional alumni assembly at which Rhonda Traviss was crowned 1971-72 Homecoming Queen Prin- cesses Mary Cassady and Sandy See- han were her two attendants. The Homecoming Dance, held on Saturday night. October 2. lasted from 8 to 1 1 p m The Library provided dancing entertainment. Unlike years in the past, the new Student Government began making plans for Homecoming in early sum- mer. The events planned this sum- mer for Homecoming were Spirit Week. Slave Day. Door Decorating Contest. Cake Decorating Contest. Car Bash, and Car Rally Although we lost our game against Valley. 13-9. these events helped Homecom- ing ' 72 to be a great success With tears of happiness, the new queen.
