Creativity— A Main Objective Clear expression of thought in writing and speaking is neeessary for one to obtain success in our modern society. Our English classes help us to develop skills and ability through the study of grammar, composition, American Literature, and English Literature. One of the main objectives of our English Department is creativity. To express our thoughts effectively is of primary importance, for we will soon be members of a democracy. Language is the most im- portant tool in communicating. If we do not know how to use this tool effeciently, our future success will be limited. The way in which we use our language thus can make or destroy our public image.
