From the time school starts in the fall Longhorns are finding ways to get active in all types of school events. Boys interested in football have to start practice in the mid-summer, while at the same time various clubs meet and plan the forthcoming school year. Clubs elect their officers and plan projects for the year. Organizations such as the band and chorus rehearse and schedule concerts, while drama plans the fall play and student government opens its door. F f cheerleader for a day. In high school we take on jobs, learn of the business world and start aiming ourselves toward a life career.
