Whitaker's latest success, Poor Dear Ed- gar -The setting was again a little college town -Bill Haggerty as Edgar, was the yokel boy who made good, by saving the college-Antique autos, bass drums, cakes, pigeons, etc., all were in the play-Mollie Glasberg, Rose Altiere, Ioe Hubert, Margaret Bernard, Lewis DiLal1o, Angelo Mavrigan, Lucille Diorio, Frances Renaldy, Juanita Wining, Earl Krichbaurn, Alberta Dietz and Harry Meshel, in the supporting roles, turned in excellent perfor- mances-The play was the longest one ever given at East High.
