Moore has earned the respect of all East Aces. His characteristic wave of the hand greets every student, and he can be found before and after school in the office talking to faculty members or in the halls chatting with students. Mr. Moore, an avid supporter of East's teams, plays a major role in boosting school spirit. He is the first to arrive and the last to leave at all athletic events. He has a front row seat for each dramatic pres- entation, and he accompanies school groups on Held trips as often as possible. While busily attending numerous meet- ings and conferences, Mr. Moore super- vises the co-ordination of the East High curriculum with the downtown office pro- gram. Not only is he involved in every school activity at East, but Mr. Moore also belongs to the Wichita Gun Club, College Hill Methodist Church, and sev- eral professional honor societies. His hob- bies include collecting Early American fur- nishing for his home and spending time in his basement wood-working shop. Although he has been honored as the President of the Downtown Lion's Club and the Kansas Administrators, Mr. Moore feels c'The greatest honor that has ever come to me is to be at Eastf' 45... yr 1 2 'ff'- 'I mf I ,K ., , K f. sg, ,1,f' VFW! ,, 'f ff' ff at ef' Lining his sight up with the target, Mr. Moore takes part in a gun shoot at the Wichita Gun Club. .
