Principal For tvvelve years East has heen very fortui-mate in having hlr. C. O. Xvilliams as principal. Most of his time is spent in the office where he meets and confers with many students. Students are impressed hy his friendly, warm attitude and willingness to help. lXlr. Williatiis often goes completely out of his way to assist students with their numerous difficulties, and the pupils greatly appreciate his thoughtfulness. Mr. VVilliams' helpfulness is not restricted to the students, he also acts as an advisor to the teachers who seek his guidance and counsel concerning their many problems which arise. You can often find Mr. Vllilliams walking around the halls with the jaunty air that comes from heing an execu- tive and glancing in classroom doors to be sure classes are running smoothly.
