s.a.e. officers Rick Evans president when his high school is a student's first con- cern, and he's intelligent, extremely popular and mildly ambitious, he naturally aspires to the office of student body president. once in office, he finds his task difficult and time- consuming, it saps his energy and harbors disappointment. to bear this stress well is unusual, to come out smiling is phenomenal. Rick Evans, having successfully led his school through the turmoil of a year of change, came out smiling.
