Board of ontrol The members of the Board of Control, the highest elected officers of Eastis student body, are the execu- tors of decisions in the area of student government, and the source of much of the spirit and leadership that helped East build A Flame of Glory from a Fire of Traditionf' Boo ter The Boosters, elected by each home room, rep- resent the students in discussing school problems and reporting information of forthcoming events to Eciders. Under the leadership of Craig Brew- ster, Boosters established new ties between stu- dents and administration. Sponsor. afety ommittee The members of the Safety Committee are faced with the serious, necessary job of insuring that the safe practices are the rule at East. Through- out the year, the committee dealt valiantly with severe parking problems and traflic accidents, among other things, and Worked to raise the green safe-driving banner on Eastis flagpole.
