Elva Cotterell Our indispensable Assistant Principal, Miss Cotterell, has assisted many a frustrated stu- dent in the curriculum department. She has spent her share of sleepless nights worrying about program scheduling. Truly, we are all indebted to her for her consistent help and advice to all. Walter C. Larson Mr. Larson has proved to be the most out- standing sophomore at East this year. Dur- ing this time he has projected his witty humor wherever he was present. We all owe Mr. Larson a hearty vote of congratulation for making his debut at East a tremendous success. Dr. W. Fred Arbogast We are sure that everyone has benefited greatly from the timely thoughts for the day submitted by Dr. Arbogast. Our princi- pal, completing his fourth year at Hilltop High is already a tradition among all Eciders. By his cheerful attitude and diplomatic style, Dr. A has piloted East through another successful year.
