S.A.El. f'f'iae1'S Kally Souvall is lust what the doctor ordered. This 98-lb. dynamo is the right prescription for any ill. She is continually exploding in bursts of laughter and a mischievous, prankish pixie describes her perfectly. Kally's bubbling personality is the secret to the successful year she's had as S.A.E. secretary. She's the iewel in our crown, the whipped cream on our cake. .M I wi,- With the unselfish attitude of putting school affairs above all else, Walley Duncan, our six-foot plus S.A.E Vice-president has done a top-notch job. Turning out a memorable T954 Homecoming, our versatile veep is a championship debater, and unusually good at vocalizing. l-le was indeed, a perfect right-hand man. Tom Early's shy smile has become as much a part of East as the seal in the front hall. The A-l iob our business manager has done this year was well demonstrated in his expert handling of the Car- nival. Tom's interest in sports lfootball, basketball, skiing, et all plus his ingenuity and know-how, have been a shot in the arm to his Alma Mater, and has certainly proven that Eciders know a good man when they see one. l .- i - ' - - ' l 5'-r.'f.f . . ....r..Fff2 -A Effervescent, vibrant, exhilarating, are Mary Dawn's private adjectives. Even getting up at 7:00 to march for Pep Club lone of her numerous activitiesl didn't dim the enthusiasm that permeates every inch of M. D.'s five feet, six inches. Her capabilities were well demonstrated in the book she produced under her title of East's First Historian. By now, this bundle of enthusiasm has us doubting whether or not she'll ever run out of pep. - A mischievous twinkle and a million laughs portray the sparkling and vibrant president of East '54-'55, Dick Paul. The arm that has enioyed so much suc- ces firing hook shots on the basketball courts has proven equally as proficient at wielding a gavel. Dick's self-assured way of presiding at assemblies, and his ever-ready smile belie leadership ability that can't be topped anywhere. The many hours he has put in before and after school are another illustration of his intense school spirit and loyalty. Dick's tireless efforts in the school's behalf have earned him bushels and bushels of praise.
