Building East through diligent organi- zation and precise determination, he has strived for the ultimate in all things. His increasing efforts to make East better, and his warm handshake portray Dr. Arbogast - a man, a builder, and a friend. Guiding students in the choice of classes and offering vocational advice are only two of the several duties of Miss Cotterell, our Assistant Principal A in Charge of Curriculum and Program Supervision. A pleasant and under- standing friend to students, she has given her expert experience and ad- vice to help the students at East. Serving as one of our Assistant Princi- pals, Mr. Garff has labored tirelessly in his efforts for unity in the student body at East as well as for the in- dividual welfare. In the position of i disciplinarian, he is known for his i understanding in student matters, and his interest in sports. l ii
