Nelson Shamp PARENTS AND TEACHERS TOGETHER CREATE THE GOOD SCHOOL Once agaun the Parent Teacher Assocuatuon of East Hugh School has carrued out a well planned program The furst meetung un the fall presented a duscussuon on druver educatuon by unstructor George Stuegler In November durung Amerucan Educatuon Week the PTA shared un the Open House pro gram Chrustmas carols guft exchange and cookues were enjoyed at the December meetung The month after the January budget meetung the group celebrated the fourth burthday of East Hugh P T A and the suxtueth annuversary of the Natuonal Congress wuth a tea In March a panel of fuve teachers Muss Vurgunua Foley moderator Muss Glena Allen Muss Duane Ruszau Mr Danuel Krzesunsku and Mr Edward Stenhouse duscussed the Courtesy Program at East Hugh Of the l29 members forty nune were teachers and eughty parents The offucers Mrs Adam Hell mann presudent the Reverend Eluuah Echols and Muss Marue Wendlung vuce presudents Mrs Chester Nawrocku recordung secretary Mrs Eluuah Echols correspondung secretary and Mr Nelson Shamp treasurer worked together wuth the other members t promote the welfare h e f u t u cutuzens at East Hugh The East Hugn PTA was repre sented un the actuvu tues of the Buffalo Councul PTA the Western Dus truct Mrs Wulluam Kath rught and Mrs James Bell left sugn up new members for the PTA 14 J, L. --.
