Chuck Wilkinson Crowned Sno-Beau 1970 Nominated by the Senior girls to run for Sno-Beau 1970 were: Rick Bye, Chuck Haavik, Mark C. johnson, Steve D. johnson, Doug Nelson, Dave Spicer, and Chuck Wilkinson. Pete jeronimus, Sno-Beau 1969, crowned Chuck Wilkinson on De- cember 11 at a dance in the East gym. The large crowd attending danced to the music of Sound Inc. x All-star wrestling in the gym. Kay Luukinen was one of the good singers who made the Get-It-Together enjoyable. G Od 2007 - A Red And rey yssey The third floor hall poster was the center attraction of the winning junior floor. 22 Red and Grey Day Under the direction of Keith john- son, general chairman, Red and Grey activities began january 30. The week's activities reflected the spirit of Red and Grey. Monday night, Sports Night, was the volleyball semi-finals, The Hunchback of Norte Dame was shown on Tues- day, Flick Night, Folk Night, a cake- eating contest and an impromptu talent show, Puck Night, Thursday, began with a swimming victory over Central and ended with a hockey win over Morgan Park. At the traditional assembly the win- ners of the week's contests were announced, the junior hall was the best decorated, Mr. Emanuel and Mrs. Oberg were crowned Mr. and Mrs. East, Brian Dack won the beard contest, and Les Tulloch was crowned King Cake. The basketball win over Denfeld was capped off by the crowning of ludy Stephenson Miss East 1971.
