Orchestra supplies culture The orchestra has not been one of the better known organizations of East High School. Neither have they regularly been given the recognition that they deserve. Yet, the orchestra provides its members with enjoyment and achievement. As one member testified: Playing in the orchestra has provided me with a rewarding experi- ence. The group enjoys playing together and we are all given a feeling of real achievement when one ofthe piece is well done. The orchestra is under the direction of Mr. Pettigrew. The year's officers include: President, Scott Ingram - Vice President, Kevin Mattson - Secretary, Sue Ostezez- ski - and Treasurer, Liz johnson.
