Tom Johnson ALL AT SEA An Operetta bY Gilbert and Sullivan The good ship Pinafore has set out on on expedition to capture the Pirates of Penzance. Through the hos- pitality ot Captain Corcoran and his daughter, Jose- phine, a large party of guests are on board to aid in the capture ofthe pirates, a squad of Policemen have been included, and to carry out the legal procedure, the Lord Chancellor has been taken along. Through some misunderstanding, the Captain has sailed without Sir Joseph Porter, First Lord of the Ad- miralty, but the latter, with his Sisters, Cousins, and Aunts has succeeded in overtaking the ship in his official barge and has ioined the expedition. Contrary to the plans the pirates capture the ship and make the passengers all prisoners. However the Fairy Queen promptly appears and solves the whole diffi- culty in a perfectly reasonable manner to the satis- faction of everyone including the pirates. And all ends well.
