Organizations At East Forsyth, after school activities play a major part in any well rounded student’s life. Almost every afternoon there are organi- zational meetings to be attended. After cus- tomary socializing, club members meet to learn, to work, to construct, to create, and to profit from their own interests. It is often easy to become involved in too many activi- ties and to find one’s self staying after school for a club meeting every afternoon. This is a mistake for a student, but nothing like the mistake made by those non-participating students. Most after school activities add to what has been learned in the classroom. These organizations build character in each student. 105
