4 ,, ,v J., .f A s,.,,,'fs-im 1n Student Facult Mixer The Student Faculty Mixer is a light lvery light! variety show held each year near the beginning of the fall term. Alpha Honor So- ciety produces the program which is made up of stunts, skits, and musical numbers, contributed by both faculty and students. The Mixer, as its name implies, was origi- nally a gala party honoring the Freshmen and was held in the Ballroom of the Student Union. Since the enrollment of East Central has doubled within the past few years, there is no longer room in the Ballroom for the Mixer. The format has been changed somewhat also and has been made into a variety show. Part of the original traditional entertainment remains, however, after the program refresh- ments are served in the Terrace Room and a band, this year the Monuments, who played for free lBless 'emD, was available for those who cared to stay and dance. Singing Bless This House and accompanying herself at the piano is Barbara Murphy. Highlighting the evening was the faculty skit. A three piece band consisted of Cleft to rightj Mr. Charles Tracy, Mr. Don Gant, Mr. Dan Marker
