Show rocks 25' ockin' with the beat and sweatin' with the heat was what set the Senior Night Live Variety Show off with a formal blast. This show was different because it was held on a Fri- day and a Saturday night, and before it had been held during the week. It seemed that what carried the show along its way was the outstanding performance of the emcees, Seniors Mike Vrzalik, Steve Holland, and Vilma Aguayo. To add to the variety of the show was the entertainment of the outburst of two underclassmen who walked onto the stage and sang a rap. These two underclassmen were our newly introduced Rude Boys featuring senior Ronald Stewart on lead vocals. The Senior Variety Show brought all the participating seniors a lot closer, Michelle Knowles said. l thought the show was a successg we didn't think there was going to be one at first, but everyone pulled together and made it special, she said. The dream team along with other acts on the show closed the evening with a color guard salute which may start a tradi- tion in ending the show on such a patriotic note. Expanding her vocal ability, Senior Elena Gabor fills the crowded gym- nasium with a harmonious tune, The song she sang was lv1adonna's Crazy for You . 24 . . . Variety Show Togetherness is shown as the '86 Senior Variety Show came to a close. The color guard ended the evening with a patriotic note that may start a tradition.
