ls that Rambo in Algebra class? No, but it is Cindy Metting dressed in her Rambo fatigues for Rambo Day Glorious shades of red, orange, and yellow explode into a mountain of flames. The bonfire was held on Halloween. ,Af Costumes create fun onytails, freckles, inside out pants, camouflage, and glorious dresses set in the '20s style were just a few of the accessories adorning bodies throughout the campus. Homecoming week had ar- rived and all sanity disap- peared as people began to wear the festive attire developed by the Student Council especially for Homecoming. My favorite day was Kiddie Day because I got to bring my 12 . . . Homecoming Cabbage Patch Kid to school. Erica Deadra really liked it at school, Michelle Pruski said. The week began with Kiddie Day. Backwards Day got all mixed up on Tuesday. There was a camouflage invasion on Wednesday since it was Ram- bo Day. Ghosts and goblins came out on Thursday since it was Halloween. Halloween was my favorite day. l got to wear my pumpkin costume, Gigi lvladl said. The night air was filled with heat when the bonfire explod- ed into mystic flames extrac- ting enthusiastic screams and cheers from the surrounding crowd. Friday had finally arrived when the roaring '20s were in full swing. The main event of the pep rally was a duet of Saving All My Love For You, sung by Grace Garza and Jackie Thomas. My favorite day was Kiddie Day because it seemed that more people dressed up for it, Heather Fenner said.
