We would like to express our gratitude to those students who, while not officially a member of the staff, worked diligently, enthusiastically and vigorously in the production of the 1969 HORNET. These students devoted time, energy, ideas, and encouragement; and their efforts should not go unrecognized. We would like to express our gratitude to the merchants who solicited to the support of the HORNET, These merchants and businessmen, by placing an add in the yearbook, expressed support of our school and a desire to help us in our efforts to make this year's annual a memorable one. We would like to express appreciation to parents, students, and people of the community who stend behind the school in it's activities and who express this support in many ways in all our school functions. We would like to express our appreciation to Mr. Yates, who has helped in numerous ways. His help and cooperation has meant much to us. He has been there and has always been willing to do all he could to help us. He has never been too busy to listen and to make suggestions. Whereas we are no t dedicating this year's annual to any particular person, we would like to dedicate it to you, supporters and members of East Central High School.
