The 1968 Spring Festival The 1968 Spring Festival was the largest and most successful project of the East Central P. T. A. this school year. In an effort to raise money, the P. T. A. worked hard and long to present the Spring Festival, which became a community and class drive. Each class in the school spon- sored a carnival booth, the ladies of the P. T. A. served a spaghetti supper, and a coronation cere- mony and talent program climaxed the Festival's activities. Once again the East Central P. T. A. has come through with determined and admirable effort with a tremendously successful project for the benefit of the school.
