Talent Sho Full House Cheers EC Talent is that which is in a man s power genius is that in whose power a man is East Central Junior College has never suf fered tor a lack of talent and the 1986-87 talent show proved once again that EC students are tal ented in a wide variety of ways. Talent at the 86-87 show ranged from a country music band to pop torium and spilled into the lobby responded to vocalists and a rock band. MUTILATED BLUEJEANS - Whether by acci- dent or your own creation, worn to achieve the layed back look . NOISE - Reason why people do not like to live in the dorms, squealing tires and loud stereos. ORGANIZATIONS - What students become in- volved in their first semester at East Central. PARKING TICKETS - After the first three or four 35.00 surprises, you learn to read the fine print stenciled on the concrete. QUARTERS - The basic essential of life in the dorms: without them there would be no outgoing phone calls and no snacks. ROOMMATES - Somehow we manage to survive the fights over clothes, food, and boy- friends while wondering is it all worth it. SOPHOMORES - Those students who try to appear sophisticated and experienced while secretly worrying about the future. TEAM SPIRIT - Always in the atmosphere when an athletic event takes place. UNDERDOG - ltawamba 3 - ECJC 11 VUARNETS - Expensive, plastic, French sunglasses used to achieve The Look ,,,. , , WASTED - A verb used to express a state of intoxication, not applicable to EC students. XEROX - The marvelous little machines which eat dimes and spit out copies of old tests. How- ever, they usually fail to print the most important question on the test. YELLOW DROP CARDS - Little pieces of pa- per that spell relief for school dropouts. ZOO - Short for Zoology, which is a synonym for MUCH STUDY. ' X..
