A . W. A. Vuweub W Pwsidmd: vs. o.J. 0. There are several reasons why I could say that the I956-57 school year is both unique and outstanding. We are witnessing continued growth as evidenced by the largest freshman class to date. Perhaps of more importance is the record of the present student body which places them above any that have been tested thus far. While the increased enrollment has created many problems, it has afforded us our greatest opportunities. This school year will witness the erection of two new dormi- tories which, in itself, may be a record building program for any year. The newly arranged cafeteria, improvements in the student center, gymnasium, and other facilities are the beginnings of many improvements that are to be brought about by the increased demands on the college. My congratulations go out to the publishers of the Wo-He-Lo for compiling an interesting history of this twenty-ninth session of East Central Junior College. 40 7 W.A. Vincent President
