We, the staff of the 1955 edition of the WO-I-IE-LO, invite you, the student body, and the faculty to join us in dedicating this volume to that man, Mr. James Andrew Miller.. 4,Qs? if 2 ' N - A mm, , iii' 0' ' 3 qw f s X-I f , '55 4 ' ' If X 1, A Y 1 ' 3 1 ff , 2 2 , it 3 1 1 i gf Q Q ,K s f 'Z 'Y f gg x 'f L 1 L ' x 3 S if x M1364 ak, my N 6 A im? ,vi E3 wwf' az ? Although many improvements have been made in the physical plant, the most significant thing to me is the growth of you, the student. The success of E, C, J, C, during this school year can be measured only by the contribution that the college has made toward promoting your development of good habits, your development of intellectual capacities, and your development of positive attitudes toward life. Judging of East Central's contribution can best be made a few years hence when you have taken your place among the leaders of this community and of this nation. Meanwhile the friendships of this year will be kept alive very largely as a result of this fine yearbook for which we can all be grateful. President 8 . 1 ff-TY fa ., A . Ali. 'ig X. 4,,,xt A J.
