The Tom-Tom attempts thus to serve East Central Iunior College. Through it the adminis- tration speaks to the students and their parents conveying ideas for the stimulation of progress and unity through cooperation and giving official information. The paper serves an a means of giving recognition to those who deserve it. Invaluable training and experi- ence in the field of journalism is given to the members of the Staff. In addition they learn more about the organization of the school and get a better understanding of it.
