SLIPERI TE DENT'S MESSAGE Class of l966: The graduates of T966 stand at the threshold of a great and stimulating future. The significant issue before you is the dignity of the human personality and reverence for every human life. As young men and women, you are faced with a.call such as you have never before faced. lt is a challenge not of destroy ing but of building. A new frontier awaits you - a horizon whose boundaries are limited only by your imagination and good will. ln the words of Kipling, the frontier is waiting for you: MThere's no sense in going further, 'Tis the end of civilization, So they said and l believed it, Till a voice as loud as thunder Rang interminable changes on one Day and night repeated, Something hidden, go and find it, Go and look beyond the ranges, Lost and waiting for you. Go! everlasting whisper, Stanley B. Goldman Superintendent of Schools

l i i The supreme art of the teacher is to awaken ioy in creative expression and knowledge. Chesterfield Between the first exciting day of school and the proud moment of graduation comes a parade of people who have earned the respect of the entire student body. Without their guidance and inspiration, we would be drifting aimlessly with no future in a world designed for the educated. But, really, what is a teacher? A teacher is a heart that is sincere and understanding. A teacher is a mind that is strong and wise. A teacher is a hand that guides towards success. A teacher is friendship and wit. A teacher is faith in tomorrow. -The students of East Bridgewater High School are most fortunate because we have had the privilege of knowing such a teacher. Our hearts are filled with tribute to this woman who has devoted her life to the youth of East Bridgewater. With a sense of glowing pride and deep dedication, the Class of T966 proudly pays tribute to Miss Mary Sullivan, Teacher.

Dear Seniors: HToday is the Tomorrow we -worried about Yesterday. True enough. However, never be caught in the trap of that thought. Life has much to offer to those who seek it. Worrying can become merely an excuse offered by the non-worker, the non-thinker. Let it be said by you, MToday is the Tomorrow we prepared for Yesterday. Face the challenges of a task until you conquer it. Think out an issue until you have your conclusion. Our generation is proud of you, for your yesterdays were filled with accomplishments. Our gen- eration congratulates you, tor today you reach the threshold of maturity. Our generation realizes you are the tomorrow-sv. - Very sincerely Raymond A.
