I I I A well prepared mind hopes in adversity and fears in prosperi- ty. -HoRAc15. ln all matters, before beginning, a diligent preparation should be made. The schools of the Nation have been set up to give you this preparation for real life. Political leaders, labor unions, industrial magnates are deeply concerned with post-war employment. You should be just as ingr- ested in your duty to work, your inalienable right to work in your post-war security.
