Page Fourteen 0600 In nineteen-hundred, forty-seven On the sixth day of September, To each and every senior here It's a day we'll all remember. Our first day here was one of fun And everyone was gay, There was hardly any work at all- All we did was play. But soon our ideas all changed, And we began to work And, as all loyal UPIONEERSD, Our duties we did not shirk. Soon our sophomore year was over Our junior year went fast y And soon we were full fledged seniorsg Our dream was here at last! ' Our senior year was everything VVe had dreamed that it would be, The seniors' faces were always smiles, Their hearts were full of glee. But all good things must come to an end As everyone should know, And our years as seniors will soon be over And We,ll be the next to go. She was a member of the Student Congress and the Shakespearean Literary Club. HELEN FRANCES AKEIKS Helen lives at XVard. She wants to be at good typist. Her hobby is making scrap- books and taking pictures. She was a commissioner, il member of the G..-X.A., and the Playhouse Guild. Her spare time is spent doing housework.
