She is interested in knowing student views and ready to con- sider them. She is approachable for any discussion of prob- lems, complaints, or suggestions. Hunter. Generally he allows stu- dents to assume as much responsibility as they show themselves capable of taking. He develops leadership and initiative in extra-curricular activities. He is always on hand to advise, to supervise, and to intervene when he deems it necessary. This organization is known as the Student Council.
