EA's Gridmen made a superb showing this year not only by whining the majority of their games but in the playing itself. Coach Hulbert said he'd have a hard hitting team and proved it when our team held their own against the stronger teams in the league. Co-captains Rhodes and Musty inspired and pepped the team so that no one would admit defeat even when the going was tough. The heart breaker of the season was the loss to our greatest rival, Hamburg, when it seemed we had them beaten. The season wound up with a decisive victory over Akron.
