E IOR D Y '86 ln early June, before graduation, the senior's last day of school went out with a bang. The morn- ing award ceremony, slide show, and speeches from a few teachers, all touched our hearts and left us with only memories. The Class of '86 then loaded busses and went to the Lemon Tree. FDRBES STUDE T LEARN TR DE Forbes Road East provides an in- teresting change of pace for many East Allegheny students. Interested juniors and seniors from all over the area spend half of the day at their highschool and their other half at Forbes Road. While the stu- dents are at Forbes Road they are trained for work in the area that they choose. They are shown the basic skills that they need to know and then they are left alone to practice them. After two years of training, the students are certified and able to get a job in their field. N

IF YOU K OW WHO YOU RE Remember, you shake with the right. This years graduation, like every year, was a memorable one. Re- hearsals started at the beginning of the week, and caps and gowns were distributed. Finally June 6, at 6:30 P.M. the Senior Class was walking down the aisles of the auditorium. The ceremony was high- lighted by speaches from the president of the school board, Dr. Serra- pere, and Class President, Tammy Snyder. Everyone received their diplomas and were dismissed as the graduating class of l986. 74 No Jeff, not you. Diana figures out which side is the front Richard makes a proud graduate.
