Head Coach Walters led the team to many victories and kept morale high. Under the leadership of Denita Furby and Sheryl Troy, the team showed a tremendous deal of de- termination and dedication. Their talent displayed their aggressive ambition and drive to succeed. The team sent seven girls to represent them at the Fort Pitt Invitational. They displayed their ability and came in fifth place out of 30 other teams. The Relay Team made it to qualifiers and finals along with Pumkin Jackson for the I00 and 200 races.
