The Stock Market Game sponsored by Mr. Monzo was very active this year. This group of students participat- ed in interscholastic competi- tion, field trips, and lectures. Through these activities, the students learned how to pur- chase and monitor stock. These activities also helped to place East Allegheny among the top teams who were involved in the Stock Market Game. New on the scene this year at East Allegheny was the Chess Club. This challenging game attracted the attention of many students. Along with inter club competition, these students also had the oppor- tunity to compete with stu- dents from other schools.
