Traces Of Love At The William Penn Hotel. 3 ,Q T s K , , v 5 ,, Q ,X- uf The Junior class proudly presented i'Traces of Love on the night of May 14, 1976 in the Grand Ballroom in the William Penn Hotel. The atmosphere was a dream world populated by the young ladies in their beautiful gowns and the young men in their impressive tuxedoes. The evening was made more enjoyable bythe music of Vic Genery and the Stone Mansion band. The highlight of the evening was the crowning of the 1976 Prom Queen, Tina Salvi. To cap the evenings festivities Sounder provided the entertainment for the Post Prom which was held at the Roman Gardens on Route 51. 37

The Seniors started off their final year with Homecoming festivities, with Dorothy lovino reigning as queen. Later in the season, the senior athletes and band members were honored at the last home foot- ball game. Then came the major project of the year, the Christmas Dance, An Old Fashioned Christmas. Toward the close of the year, the Band and Sports Banquets were held, where the Seniors received awards for their participation. The final ac- tivity was Senior Day, including Almost Anything Goes, and a special award ceremony. All of these events led up to the final big event-Graduation! ln all, their four years at East Allegheny High School were a success. Trkula.
