With only five seniors and seven juniors, ir was a very young ream. The offense had difficulties in scoring consistently however, and the opposing teams were able to penetrate a tiring defense. Although spirit remained high, and good interest on the part of the fans continued, the team could not win consistently and ended the season with a mediocre record.
